Accessibility Overview
The 372 room resort consists of one main buildings and 7 accommodation buildings. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways and slight ramps. There are lifts to access the guest rooms, entertainment area and spa.
From reception there is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the lobby bar, the shop and the lifts.
The resort is located near a black sandy beach.
The resort has 372 rooms, 12 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1409 on the same level as reception (level 2). The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are horizontal handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. There is also a flip-down seat in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception. There are adjoining rooms available for the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
