Northampton College welcomes around 10,000 learners from a wide range of backgrounds, ethnicities and age groups.

Our students are supported by around 600 full and part time members of staff.

The College has recently completed a transformational project to totally re-build its main site at Booth Lane in Northampton. The new facilities now provide a modern, world class learning environment and much improved accessibility for those with mobility issues.

The College’s other site in Northampton is located at Lower Mounts in the town centre. This has also benefited from a new extension to its current resource that was officially opened in September 2010.

The building houses College’s the Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy provision as well as a dedicated centre for IT and Basic Skills.

In addition, the College has a substantial site in Daventry where it offers a range of vocational programmes. This has been recently re-furbished and upgraded and further improvements are planned for 2013.

The College has been re-affirmed as meeting Investors in People standards four times since 1995 and has also achieved the Recruitment and Selection IiP award. It is pleased to carry the endorsement of the 'Positive about Disabled' symbol.
