The Barclaycard Arena is working in partnership with DisabledGo, to produce detailed pan-disability accessibility guides for all areas of the arena.
The accessibility information in the guide aims to assist guests with disabilities and visitors to the arena so they can find out about access in advance.
The Barclaycard Arena has been visited and assessed in person by a highly trained DisabledGo surveyor, who has looked at a whole range of accessibility features.
Every aspect of the arena has been surveyed and below you will find the access guides to these facilities. Based on the purpose of your trip, your designated seat location or facilities you want to use, you can use the links below to plan your visit to the Barclaycard Arena.
The Barclaycard Arena has three main car parks (North, South and West car parks). The access guide to these car parks and information on getting to the arena can be found here.
Information about the main reception at the Barclaycard Arena can be found in the Main Reception access guide.
Information about ticket offices and ticket counters can be found in the Box Office access guide.
