If you want to attract more customers or visitors providing a great experience to everyone is key. Disability Equality training is a practical way to help your team provide the very best service to disabled people, carers and anyone who may require a little more assistance. The training focuses on practical advice, but also looks at things like language and legislation – which people are often unsure of.

What you can Expect

  • Our training is online and easy to use whether at work or at home.
  • Modules have no time restraints, meaning people can dip in and out.
  • There is an assessment to check people’s understanding.
  • Modules can be completed in 10 minutes, meaning they don’t take up too much time.
  • Everyone who completes the course can download a personalised certificate.
  • Organisations can access management data to see how everyone is getting on.

  • Working on a not for profit model we only charge the cost of delivering our training.


As of 1st January 2017 we have an extremely limited amount of free log ins available for our Disability and Equality training which will be distributed on a first come-first served basis. Each organisation can have a maximum of 5 free log ins and once the free log ins have been allocated their will be a small charge to use the Disability and Equality training.
