Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • You can use the AA route planner to plan your journey. In accordance with the university's sustainability policy, visitors are advised to travel to St Mary's by public transport wherever possible. The Naylor Library is located on Waldegrave Road (A309) to the south of Twickenham, close to Teddington.
    • The building has a car park for staff and Blue Badge holders. There is on street parking available on Waldegrave Road.
  • By Bus View
    • From Richmond Upon Thames you can catch the R68 towards Hampton Court from a bus stop just outside Richmond station. Get off at the Twickenham, King Street stop and then take the 33 towards Fulwell. Get off at the ‘Teddington Park Road’ stop or the 'Teddington Library' stop, both of which are approximately 160 metres from the library. You can also take the 33 from Richmond, although the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from Richmond station on Sheen Road (Bus stop L).
  • By Train View
    • The nearest train station is Teddington, which is 0.4 miles away. To get to the Library from the station turn left onto Station Road. At the end of this road, turn left onto High Street, and then at the roundabout, turn right onto Waldegrave Road. Continue along Waldegrave Road for approximately 0.2 miles. The Library will be on your left.
  • By Underground View
    • The nearest tube station is Richmond, which is approximately 3.2 miles away. It is on the District and Overground Lines.

Building Parking

  • The building does have its own dedicated parking.

    • The car park can be used by visitors, permit holders and Blue Badge holders.

Parking on campus is available to registered university users between 08:00 - 16:00 Mon- Friday and you must pay for parking between these times. Outside these times parking is free to registered users. Public parking is only available between 16:00 - 22:00 Mon-Fri and 08:00 -22:00 Sat and Sunday and parking must be paid for. Parking for other users is by pay and display using the 'Just Park' app.
