Access Guide

  • Bluewater has more than 300 stores, over 60 bars, restaurants, caf├ęs and a multi-screen cinema served by 13,000 free car parking spaces and its own bus station.

  • The Bluewater guide has been split into three areas, Guildhall, Rose Gallery and Thames Walk.

  • Each area has its own toilets, lifts, escalators, entrances and car parks.

  • The Ability Plus Shopmobility scheme is in Thames Walk and the changing places facility (known as the High Dependency Unit) is located in Guildhall.

  • There is a separate guide to the Bus Station and Transit Centre.

  • Centre opening times may be extended at peak seasons such as Christmas. Shops, restaurants and services, including the Shopmobility scheme, will also have varying opening hours. .
