Accessibility Overview 

This beach-front resort is spread over 3 buildings, with the main building having 6 levels, all accessible by lift.  The resort is mostly step-free via level pathways, steep ramps or lift. 

There is step-free level access from the reception to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the restaurant, the lobby bar and the lifts.

There is a small steep ramp to access the main entrance at the front of the resort.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the outdoor entertainment area, activities, pools, water park and beach.

There is step-free access via lift to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and all the other guest rooms.

The resort has 414 rooms, 6 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1032 on the first floor.  All the rooms with adaptations for disabled people have an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower and a flip-down shower seat.  There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower.  The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes to walk and is step-free via level pathways and steep ramps.

Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
