About Keele University

As a leading example of an open and integrated community, Keele University strives to be a place where learning, living and working is a positive experience for all. Equality and Diversity is a core value underpinning the University's mission to be the UK's leading open, integrated, and intellectual community – the ultimate campus university for the 21st century.

Based in Staffordshire, at the heart of the UK, our award-winning campus is close to cities north and south, easily accessible from Manchester, Birmingham, and London. We also have the benefits of being close to the city of Stoke-on-Trent, and Newcastle-under-Lyme, a vibrant university town, yet our 600-acre campus is set within beautiful countryside.

We are committed to the social model of disability, identifying and removing barriers impacting the student experience and promote inclusivity in all that we do. Our Disability Support and Inclusion Team are in place to provide caring and comprehensive advice, support and guidance to current and prospective students, with every disabled student at Keele having access to a wide range of services, including: suitable accommodation, learning support, assistive technology and exams support.

We welcome applications from all students, regardless of physical disability, medical conditions or other needs and encourage students wherever possible to make an appointment to visit us and discuss individual circumstances. Just contact our Disability Support and Inclusion Team on either email: [email protected] or call 01782 732000 We are also a Disability Confident Employer and are committed to good practice in employing and supporting people with a disability
