Welcome to Harrow College

Harrow College is a medium sized further education college situated in the outer London Borough of Harrow. It provides academic and vocational education and training for young people and adults, with a diverse range of courses from pre-Entry level to higher education programmes. It operates on two main sites in central Harrow and Harrow Weald, and in addition approximately 30 outreach and community-based venues.
The College was inspected by Ofsted in October 2009. Quality of Provision, which includes quality of teaching and the impact on learning, the curriculum, assessment and care, guidance and support, were assessed as Good.
The College has many modern subject-specific facilities including extensive IT facilities, a professional drama studio, photography suite, art and design studios and a new MAC suite for media students with professional editing facilities. There’s a professional hair, beauty and complementary therapy training school as well as a brand new state-of-the-art centre for plumbing and electrical training.
The current campuses consist of a range of buildings dating from the 1920’s to 1980’s. The quality of the buildings varies but they are generally well maintained. The college has made significant investment to ensure that almost all areas are accessible for those with limited mobility.
Based in North West London there’s good access to public transport. In the centre of Harrow, our Harrow on the Hill campus is just a few minutes’ walk from the Harrow on the Hill tube, mainline and bus stations. Our Harrow Weald Campus is well served by the local bus network and is a short bus ride from Harrow and Wealdstone tube and mainline station.
At Harrow College we are committed to removing barriers to education, training and employment and are delighted to join with DisabledGo in promoting our facilities for students and staff.
