Route to (National Trust Carriage Museum)
- From the visitor reception, turn right and follow the path for a short way.
Turn left past the church on your left, up a long steep slope.
At the top of the slope turn left through the white gates, which are permanently held open. - The route to the area is step-free via a very steep ramp/slope.
- Path surfaces along the route are bonded gravel.
- The majority of the paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- There is an accessible shuttle which can take visitors to this area.
Entrance (Carriage Museum)
- The entrance surveyed is located at the front of the building.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There are double manual doors which are permanently open.
- The width of the opening is 135cm.
Attraction / Exhibit (Carriage Museum)
- The majority of walkway widths are over 180cm.
- There is no (or very little) background noise here.

- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.

- The dimensions of the cubicle are 147cm x 207cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the seat but it is obstructed.
