Every venue is visited in person by a surveyor.
www.disabledgo.com has been designed so you can search in two different ways. You can search using a –
- Postcode or Town using the Quick Search
- Type of venue e.g. Places to go or Education using the Button Search
Step 1
Type what kind of service you are looking for in ‘I am trying to find...’
Step 2
Select the radius of your search.
Step 3
Type in your full postcode or the name of a major town or city (the search works using a Royal Mail database).
Step 4
Click Search.

Select one of the six buttons on the hompage.

This will bring you to our map page where you can select an area you are interested in from a map.
This will then display all the areas DisabledGo works in that area. To view more information about a particular area click on the name of the partner.

This takes you to that area's homepage
On the right hand side is a list of categories, click on the category you're interested in to reach your search results. For example, to find a restaurant click Entertainment, Culture and Leisure.

You can filter your results by select the symbols at the top of the page that relate to your specific requirements. Once you have selected a symbol it will be saved for future searches. If you want to remove the filter simply click on the symbol to deselect it. You can tell a symbol is selected as it will turn yellow. When you select symbols your results will automatically update to only show venues that have that symbol. For information regarding our symbols, please see "Our Symbols".
