There are close links with Lincoln University and other HEIs and the college offers a range of Foundation Degrees, HNC and HND.
As part of our commitment to equality and diversity, we are enthusiastic partners with DisabledGo and are actively seeking to recruit disabled people. We have the 'Positive about Disabled People' symbol and are the first college in the country to achieve the 'Work-Life Balance' award.
We set challenging targets and Equality and Diversity Impact Measures and strive to improve our services to staff and students. This includes a major refurbishment of all college buildings and all campuses. Feedback from our students demonstrates that we have made significant improvements and we are currently seeking to improve access and to develop student social facilities at all sites.
