The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a 580 bed, single site General Hospital located on the outskirts of Chester. We provide a range of medical services to more than 400,000 patients per year from an area covering Western Cheshire, Ellesmere Port, Neston and North Wales.
Patient Care is our primary focus and our aim is to be the preferred Hospital of Choice for both our traditional community and a wider area. Our last Annual Report shows that we achieved all English waiting time targets, meaning that not a single English resident waited more than six months for an operation or more than 13 weeks for an out-patient appointment.
We are continually striving to reduce our waiting times even further and improve patient care wherever possible.
