At BHASVIC (Brighton Hove & Sussex Sixth Form College), we offer a wide range of AS and A level courses together with an exciting and varied range of enrichment activities to around 1700 students aged 16-19. Our buildings are also used for adult education programmes in the evenings.
We have high academic standards, strong tutor system and a friendly atmosphere. At BHASVIC we provide support that is flexible yet clearly structured, as we recognize that individual learning needs may change. Our aim is to ensure that students learn the skills and strategies to manage their own difficulties with confidence in preparation for lifelong learning as expressed by BHASVIC’s Education for Life programme which helps students maximise present and future opportunities for enjoying and achieving both inside and outside of College.
Beacon Status was awarded to BHASVIC in 2008 in recognition of the College as an: excellent learning provider; delivering consistent high quality teaching and learning as well as having strong and effective leadership and management. BHASVIC is committed to sharing its expertise with other schools and colleges.
