Welcome

Blackpool Council is happy to support DisabledGo in making the town more accessible for everyone. We are dedicated to making sure that disabled people have equal and dignified access to buildings and spaces in the town.

This free service is for both residents and visitors, it not only covers tourist attractions, but also shops, public services, restaurants, cinemas, leisure facilities, libraries and so much more.

As Britain’s most popular holiday destination, this resource will help disabled people, their families, friends and carers plan holidays and days out, making the most of their time in Blackpool.

Blackpool Disability Partnership represents a wide variety of disability organisations and local disabled residents, so we asked them to identify a wide range of venues to include in this access guide.

We hope that this information will help disabled people to feel more independent, giving them good information so they can plan their visits well.

Enjoy your time in Blackpool!
