The Rivermead Gallery is in the main entrance foyer for the Building, and displays art exhibition.

There is an identical entrance directly to the right of this, which can be used to access the gallery, leading directly to the main stairwell.

The Queen's and Michael A. Ashcroft Buildings can also be accessed from the gallery.

Access is via a single, heavy door, 77 cm wide, which opens inwards.

The ground floor link is via double doors, 154 cm wide, which are permanently held open when the building is open.
