Membership, timetables and price list are also available in alternative formats but on request only, due to regular programme changes.

Assistance dogs can be left in the manager's office.

Staff can offer additional support if new members require an extended induction with orientating themselves around the centre.

Pool side staff are available in swimming areas at all times.

Organised training sessions are available to users that have either a sensory, physical or learning disability.

These sessions are managed by Marianne Sharp at the Tower Project on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings during term time only.
