Introduction

  • The accommodation shares a reception with Langton Close, which is located within that building.
    The building consists of 31 flats.
    Flats 1-9 have separate entrances of the Frances Gardner Courtyard.
    The rest can be found in one of the four areas that are also accessed via the courtyard.
    Area A contains flats 12, 15, 20, 25, 27, 29 & 31.
    Area B contains flats 11, 14, 19, 24, 26, 28 & 30.
    Area C contains flats 10, 13, 17, 18, 22 & 23.
    Area D contains flats 16 & 21.

Building Parking

  • The building does not have its own dedicated parking.
  • On Street Parking View
    • Clearly signed and / or standard marked parking bays are available.

Other Floors (Area A)

    • The floors which are accessible by stairs are G-1-2-3-4-5-6-7.
    • There are 15+ steps between floors.
    • There are manual, heavy, single doors to access the stairwell on all floors.
    • The lighting levels are bright.
    • The steps are clearly marked.
    • The steps are medium (11cm - 17cm).
    • The steps do have handrails.
    • The steps have a handrail on both sides.
    • There is a landing.
    • There is an identical staircase in area B, which can be seen in photograph 2. There are similar staircases that only go up from G-1-2-3-4 in C and G-3-4 in D, which can be seen in photograph 3. There are also stairs in flats 1-6 leading to higher areas of those flats going from G-1-2, which can be seen in photograph 4.

Lift (Area A)

  • There is a lift for public use.

  • Wall mounted information boards are not provided at lift landings.
