About this venue

A large landscaped park originally designed by Sir Humphry Repton?, consisting of a lake, sports facilities, café, and large playsite with inclusive play equipment. It was awarded a Green Flag award for 2014-15. It is the site of the annual open air theatre as well as host to various music events held at the bandstand. A popular park for families with a variety of areas to cater for all tastes. The park is part of a route from Romford town centre to Bedfords Park in the north of the borough, via Rise Park?.
