Getting Help and Assistance

    • If you're a disabled patient attending an appointment, you'll be given free parking in the main car park upon production of your Blue Badge (registered in your name) along with your appointment card/letter.
    • Please take your Blue Badge (leaving the clock on display if parked in a disabled bay), white entry ticket to the car park and appointment letter/card to the Knowledge and Information Centre (KIC), which is located on the ground floor of St Thomas', North Wing.
    • The KIC is open from 08:00 to 18:00. Outside these hours, please go to the security desk at the main reception.

Getting To (The Luke Ward)

  • The Luke Ward is/are located on the tenth floor of the East Wing.
  • Access to the Luke Ward is via the main hospital entrance.
  • On entering the main hospital entrance, proceed past reception and the shops on the right. Turn right into the North Wing and continue past the North Wing lifts into the South Wing. Upon reaching the Central Hall, turn left into the East Wing, proceed to the end of the corridor and take the East Wing lifts to the tenth floor and on exiting the Luke Ward is located on the left.
  • There is step free access, via lift, to the Luke Ward.
  • The Luke Ward is approximately 4m from the East Wing lifts.
  • There is a/are manual, heavy, double door(s) between the main hospital entrance and the department/service.
  • Wayfinding signage is provided.
